ABOUT MS. KATHZ
Mary Kathlyn Maala - Villapando is the founder and the creative director of MKMV Interior Design Studio, MKMV Home Furnishings and AK Design & Printing Services. She is a member of Philippine Institute of Interior Designer, creative and competent interior designer for 15 years and counting delivering exceptional visual designs, residential and commercial modeling, home improvement and client tailored services.
Ms. Kathz have a strong talent of identifying customer needs and delivering fascinating interior design services to the customer's satisfaction and requirements. She gets joy out of bringing their version into reality.

She doesn't stop being here, she always strives and achieve more as she wants to become a successful woman in her career. But there are struggles and challenges along the way, with the help of her husband, four loving children, parents, supporter siblings and her team she is able to get through any obstacles that she will encounter.
​
She always believe that the importance of modern clean lines yet with comfort feelings, She always wants the best for her client and of course a quality of work and design that will leave mark on client's mind. Because for her, bringing happiness, comfort, hope and love to the client is her top priority.

MKMV INTERIOR AND AK DESIGN IN
MEGA MAGAZINE!
Being in the magazine is such an honor for both MKMV Interior and AK Design. Most specially, for Ms. Kathz who shared her story through the form of magazine. From the venue for the photoshoot which is the Belle Lumiere BGC Branch that Ms. Kathz design the interior herself and this is also the first belle project that she handle with the help of her team. Together with her Team Leaders, they had a blast and fun with the photoshoot all thanks to the MEG Magazine who gave the privilege to them.

Project Manager
As a project manager I am responsible of planning, evaluating and executing the projects. I handle commercial projects and also I am the one assessing our junior cad operators, I teach them what I've learned here for the past 3 years and counting.

This is not the first path that I took, but I am glad that I am here doing the things I love and putting my passion into action. I am happy and proud to be part of this family.
Rica Mae Caincay
Supervisor, Senior Designer and 3D Visualizer
I am the one in charge of residential designs, supervising the projects, visiting the sites to make sure everything runs according to the design plan. From time to time, communicating with the engineers and architects. Lastly, making sure that our clients will be satisfied and achieving their dream house.

1 year of being with MKMV, it thought me how I should be more focus and love what I am doing because a good attitude and aura can affect the design that we are making. I am happy and proud to be part of this family.
BENEDICT VALEZA
Junior CAD Operator and Designer
My job here is to help plan and design buildings, work on design drawings and assist in reviewing project proposals and specs. I help our project manager if there is revisions to do and goes to sites to check the designs in actual.
I just started working in this company, 7 months and I know I still have so much to learn and grow as what I really want to achieve in life. I am happy and proud to be part of this family.
JASHLEY ROVIRA
Junior CAD Operator and Designer
Work with Architects assisting with various projects, Design drawings and help coordinate details of the projects. Right now, I am assisting in our residential Projects with the help of my supervisor and Ma'am Kathz's guide.
I am one of the new member of the company and It felt great because they quickly accept me, I still have a long way to go to be better version of myself. I am happy and proud to be part of this family.
JOYCE ANN MARZAN
Social Media Manager and Video Editor

My job is different from my team's job. I am handling our social media accounts, like Youtube Channel, Facebook Pages, Instagram for both MKMV and AK. I am also responsible for video editing and creating a good content for our media accounts.
7 months of working here, I enjoy what I am doing here because this is really what I always want to do. Finally, I am where I want to be, I am happy to be part of this family.
ALLYSA UMANDAL
Accounting Assistant and Secretary

I am responsible for managing information and scheduling the tasks of each member within the office. Preparing various forms of communication, payments, performing banking activities, payroll and other paperwork for the company.
Even though my job is not that easy, I am able to accomplish it everyday because my team are supporting me. I am happy and proud to be part of the family.

My job is mainly focuses on finding the right supplier for both company. Communication is the key, quality is the first reason when I look into our suppliers and clients.
It's a challenging job but with the help of searching and learning about the products and materials, I am able to do my job well. I am happy to be part of this family.
ABOUT SIR. CARLO
Mr. Carlo Villapando is the husband or partner of Mrs. Kathz who also started the AK Design & Printing Services. As he mentioned, it's all about a simple hobby until they turned into business. He believes that teamwork and cooperation is the key to success. He is still learning from his team and growing.

Aside from being husband, father of four kids, AK Design's owner he also have love in photography that he took a class in London to enhance his talent in photography. He also have passion for making coffee that he shares to the team and also to his family.
​
AK Design team is close to his heart that is why he is approachable to them and always have a strong bond to the team that will brought the company a success and achievements. He said that showing respect and communication to his team are the importance to have a successful projects all the time.

ALEX TORRES REODIQUE
Project Manager
Being a Project manager is not easy, I am responsible for managing, supervising and handling different projects. I am also responsible for budgeting our materials, expenses for every project. All of this are my everyday task while looking at my team for their success also.

9 years of experience from this company but I still have a lot to learn. It may seems like that I have many experiences but I know to myself that I need more together with my team. I am happy and proud to be part of this family.
BENJAMIN MESA
Supervisor and Electrician
Team leader, who is responsible for improving and monitoring, oversees the standard of the work and equipment works. Giving light to lights of our signage and other production is my job too.

Head Carpenter or Foreman
I always have to make sure that everything goes smoothly at a production construction site. I am the point of contact between the construction workers and supervisors.

Head Supervisor
My responsibilities as head supervisor is leading the team through the completion of a project. Encourage them with teamwork and collaboration, setting goals and establishing milestones. I also help Ma'am Alex in checking of all the budget needed for the project.

Senior Graphic Artist and Visual Artist
My common duties include creating layouts of art, designing various types of signage and translating client desires into design strategies, Of course I also install signages, stickers and other things that need my skills.

3D Artist and Signage Intsaller
A common duty that I have in our company is 3D I do 3D works for our client desires or wants. Creating layouts of art, design various types of signages and now I am challenging myself to design more of kiosks.

Assistant Carpenter and Installer
Assisting in general carpentry work and preparation as directed. Responsible for helping my team whatever they want to help them with. Such as build up acrylic, construction of kiosk and other production.
