Last november 2019, Ms. Kathz together with MKMV Team Project Manager Ms. Reggie Tañada traveled to Dubai City to design one of the luxurious condo unit. The theme is Modern Mediterranean Glam that is trending in the world of Interior Design.

It has 2 Bedroom; Master's and Bachelor's Bedroom, Living and dining area and Balcony. The whole surroundings itself has touched of luxurious style with clean lines yet with comfort feeling. A comfortable home for the client to everyday relaxation.

The furniture was picked with passion, expertise and aligned with the design. Lights and furniture from Fendi, Minotti, Natuzzi and roche bobois. It is really indeed an elegant unit and one of the interior design that Ms. Kathz are proud of.
